The synthesis and tire study of the antiparasitic properties of N-alkylated derivatives of 1-(nitrophenyl)-3-(methyl-3-indolyl)-prop-2-ene-1-ones show interesting antiprotozoal activities on E. histolytica and T. vaginalis.
