Four cases of aspergillosis successfully treated with emetine hydrochloride arc described. Three patients had pulmonary aspergillosis and one had otomycosis. The response was excellent in all four patients. Treatment with emetine is recommended only in cases where the fungus is sensitive to this drug in vitro.
