The Authors relate upon a case of tuberculosis of the esophagus. They point at the symptome frequency and at the pathologic-anatomical findings of the disease. The Authors think that a primitive tbc form of the esophagus is out of question and suggest that in this case the etiopathogenesis may be ascribed to a fistulization in the esophagus of a paraesophageal lymph node.
