Olanzapine (Zyprexa) and mirtazapine (Remeron) are two fairly new drugs that hold marked promise for Olanzapine and Mirtazapine for Multiple Palliation use in palliation because of their abilities to address more than one symptom or side effect of cancer or its treatments.
