Si nous avons cru intéressant de rapporter cette observation, c'est pour souligner son caractère exceptionnel, dans le cadre de l'étiologie des paralysies récurrentielles. C'est surtout pour insister sur sa bénignité, et pour mettre en exergue un fait clinique: en dehors de la tuberculose de l'oesophage du cavitaire pulmonaire il existe une pathologie adéno-oesophagienne dont la fréquence est certainement méconnue.
