lsolated mediastinal tuberculosis with involvement of the oesophagus was established in a black patient with dysphagia, via endoscopy, biopsy, and computed tomography. CT revealed the characteristic findings of a solid space occupying growth with irregularly shaped necrotic zones and calcifications. CT also established the response to tuberculostatic treatment.
