Some of 56 calves aged 3 days were inoculated s.c. with FMD vaccine while a combined vaccine against IBR, adenovirus and PI-3 infections was administered nasally. Titres of neutralizing antibodies against types A, O and C of FMD virus were no different from those of calves inoculated solely with FMD vaccine.
