Gradocycline (the chloramphenicol succinate of rolitetracycline) at a dose of 100 or 200 mg/kg body wt was well tolerated by chicks and at the higher dose had a therapeutic effect on experimental M. gallisepticum infection comparable to that of 25 mg/kg tylosin.
