Diese Erkrankung kommt selten vor, sie ist eine vererbliche Malformation der Wachstumszentren des langen Knochens mit typischen erlenmeyerkolbenförmigen Verbreitungen der Metaphysäre die klinisch nicht sehr auffallen und deren Merkmale wir in diesem Bericht analysieren und diskutieren.
