The authors present a case of Blastomicose under the ganglionar form apparently pure with calcifications in the abdomen. Comparing with the priors reports they would be classified as to being the eleventh in the national literature and the second one which presented calcification in the abdomen with features important to the diagnostic. They make some considerations about the diagnostic, immunologic conceptions and about the treatment.
