A case history is given of a 43-yr-old male labourer suffering from a swelling of the lower lip which spread after extraction of all his teeth. Paracoccidioides brasiliensis was observed in the ulcerated lesions. An X-ray picture of the chest showed discrete shadows in both pulmonary fields.
