A case of generalized Blastomyces dermatitidis infection with cutaneous, pulmonary and skeletal lesions is reported. An acute pulmonary process had developed 4 yr earlier during the patient's stay in Canada, for which lobectomy on the right had been carried out after c. 1 yr. The patient was successfully treated with amphotericin B administered intravenously at first for 50 days, then periodically for c. 1 yr.
