Effect of a graft extract for eyelid plasty of the Alloplant (TM) series on DNA synthesis in cell culture

An extract from collagen-containing transplant of ALLOPLANT series used for surgical treatment of benign and malignant eyelid tumors proved to inhibit DNA synthesizing activity of cells in vitro. The extract's effect appeared nonspecific, reversible and dose dependent. The extract is thermostable and resistant to the proteolytic enzyme activity.
