Efficacy of Cambendazole against Trichinella spiralis in mice

Results of tests in mice experimentally infected with Trichinella spiralis, suggested that cambendazole was about 10 times more potent than thiabendazole against the intestinal phase of infection, and at least twice as potent against the parenteral phase.
