L'observation que nous avons l'honneur de rapporter nous paraît avoir un double intérêt: La rareté des compressions du pédicule hépatique par des adénopathies tuberculeuses; l'association plus rare encore, dans cés cas, d'une compression biliaire et d'une compression portale.
