Les adénopathies tuberculeuses du pédidule hépatique sont exceptionnelles. Il s'agit d'une cause extrêmement rare d'ictère cholestatique et/ou d'hypertension portale dont le diagnostic n'est fait qu'à l'intervention chirurgicale et à l'examen anatomo-pathologique. Nous en avons observé 1 cas.
