La tuberculose hépato-biliaire symptomatique est exceptionnellement rencontrée aujourd'hui en France. Nous rapportons l'observation d'un patient où la compression du pédicule hépatique par des ganglions tuberculeux simulait une obstruction maligne de la voie biliaire principale.
