Il ne nous semble pas qu'un diagnostic exact aurait pu entraîner des conséquences thérapeutiques plus heureuses. Les antibiotiques n'ont guère donné de succès sur les lésions caséifiées; quant à la chirurgie, elle ne pouvait cure que palliative.
