Per quanto riguarda le tumefazioni di origine infiammatoria, la condotta terapeutica è stata quella dell'asportazione, associata ad una anastomosi biliodigestiva quando si è constatata una compromissione della via biliare. Possiamo dire infine che questa rassegna confermi l'esistenza di una sindrome adenobiliare, i cui contorni però sfumano nel grande capitolo delle stasi biliari. Abbiamo cercato di evidenziare, sottolineandoli, i sintomi e i segni che possono individualizzare questo quadro, ma ciononostante siamo del parere che la diagnosi di certezza si fa solo ad addome aperto.
