Akute gastrointestinale Blutungen können auch im Zeitalter der Endoskopie schwierige diagnostische Aufgaben stellen. Blutungen aus einer aorto-ösophagealen Fistel auf der Grundlage einer Lungentuberkulose zählen wohl zu den seltensten Ursachen, ist doch die Tuberkulose im ösophagus ohnehin eine Rarität.
