The methods to obtain, concentrate and purify the phages of the phytopathogenic bacteria were tested. Mineral medium M-9, which was modified, was the best for growing P. vignae, strain 1025. From the tested methods to concentrate and purify the phages, those with utilizing PEG of differential ultracentrifugation and centrifugation in the linear gradient of sucrose density were the most efficient.
