El hecho de haber atendido un caso de tuberculosis de la vesícula biliar, entidad de extrema rareza en nuestro medio, nos ha estimulado a presentarlo y hacer algunas acotaciones sobre el tema. En la revisión de la literatura nacional sólo hemos encontrado un caso publicado por González en 1943 1. En el caso que les presentaremos el diagnóstico fue exclusivamente histopatológico ya que nada hacía pensar, ni remotamente, en dicho diagnóstico.
