Les suites opératoires sont simples, sans ictère, l'histologie affirme la tuberculose vésiculaire, cystique et duodénale (sur le prélèvement papillaire). La malade est alors mise au traitement antituberculeux et corticoïde, ces derniers espérant améliorer la sténose canalaire.
