A man, 30 years old, with dyspeptic symptomatology of six years duration, four months after an episode of hematemesis with melena, underwent to surgical gastric exploration. A tumor larger as hazel-nut in medio-gastrìc zone of the greater curvature was found. Histology is proved to be nodular, ulcered tuberculosis. After the operation it has not been possible to found the active tuberculosis in others organs. The relative rarity of isolated gastric tuberculosis was emphasized.
