The Author having given a great argument revision of gastric tubercolosis (frequency, pathogenesis, about which he shows a new hypothesis on the possible Anti-bacillus action of protein digestion products, experimental researches, anatomical inquires, sintomathological forms) particularly describes, even in whole histological configuration, a gastric tuberculosis case, ipertrophic ulcerated type with an ulceration only, situated in the pylorus region corresponding to the little bending in a Male, 47 years old. The Author, referring to his own experience in these cases, as to previous authors' experience, concludes demonstrating impossible clinical general statement lending to a ringht diagnosis, clears up difficulties that can be found even in radiological and gastroscopic examination, states that in many cases diagnosis can be Rightly found by histological examination. From the therapeutic point of view the Author, even agreeing with many searchers that therapy (particularly ín cases as the above described (must be surgical, prospects that, after the sign of antibiotics, may be medical too in particular cases.
