A personal case of TB of the stomach, a form that has always been uncommon and is now observed even less frequently, accompanied by an ulcer of the rear wall, is presented. This form is usually a secondary expression of TB in other sites and is brought to the stomach via the blood. Its clinical diagnosis is hindered by the aspecific symptom picture. Treatment involves radical surgery, especially in the presence of gastric or duodenal ulcer, and the administration of antibiotics and anti-TB chemotherapeutic drugs
