The paper reports the synthesis of a series of 5,6,8,9-tetrahydro-4H, 7H-pyrrolodiazepines and the results of the study on their CNS activity in mice. The pharmacological properties of a previously prepared series of 5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-benzo-analogs is also described.
