The effect of chorionic gonadotropin on the state of lipid peroxidation was studied in the liver and myocardium of albino rats received subcutaneous injections of tetrachloromethane for a long time. It was shown that chorionic gonadotropin induced a decrease in diene conjugate and Schiff bases concentration. The results of the study demonstrate the antioxidant properties of the hormone.
