The following assessments are made of the Dubreuil Irrigation Project in Haiti: (a) system design and operational aspects, (b) agricultural impacts, (c) economic returns, (d) the institutional capability of the Ministry of Agriculture to implement a continuing programme of irrigation rehabilitation and support services, and (e) the need for technical assistance to the Ministry of Agriculture.
