Antigens were prepared from six bovine mycoplasmas (including bovis, bovigenitalium and californicum) and three bovine genital strains of Ureaplasma. Antibodies to these organisms were detected in milk from cows with mastitis caused by Mycoplasma or Ureaplasma.
