Bulk milk samples were treated with rennet and the gamma globulins in the whey were precipitated with ammonium sulphate. Application of ELISA to a solution of the precipitate detected a single reactor for IBR IPV, bovine leukosis or brucellosis even when its whey was diluted in that of 50 normal cows.
