890 samples of donor blood erythrocytes were studied in order to develop a technically simple method for preservation of standard erythrocytes at positive temperature, with preservation of the agglutinating capacity of the erythrocytes. A simple method is described for preparing standard erythrocytes from blood groups O(I), A(II) and B(III) after decanting the plasma from the erythrocyte mass.
