Item difficulty index is the most important characteristic of the SAT item ability to measure subject's knowledge on the topic of interest. Item difficulty indices are correlated, as obtained repeatedly in the given year as well as obtained in 3 yr in succession; the purpose of the study is to evaluate item reliability of the test on antibiotic therapy, as applied in teh set of stomatology students.
