The author studied the coeliac plexus and coeliac and mesenteric ganglion in 14 swine bodies. In 42.85% the left ganglion had a long form, in 21.42% a strangled form and in 35,71% was connected to the right ganglion. The right ganglion in 71.42% had a complex form and in 28.58% a stellary form. Invariably, the right ganglion was placed posteriorly to the left ganglion.
