The AA. relate of two cases of tubercular colocystitis, the diagnosis of wich was established only after the surgical operation with the help of a histopathological survey and, in one of the cases, even through the bacteriological examination after enrichment of bile got out or drainage tube. Are discussed etiopathogenesis and anatomopathological survey of such a disease, indulging upon the factors affecting the thrining or Koch bacillus on the mueous membrane of the gallbladder.
