Reporting on a case, the authors review gallbladder involvement during tuberculosis. The diagnosis is based on anatomo-pathological findings, since the clinical symptoms remain very discreet, apart from ordinary signs of gallstones which is an often found concomittant condition. The lesions are principally located in the peritoneal serous membrane, propagation proceeding inwards. Specific antibacillary treatment rounds off surgical exeresis in this very unusual localisation of tuberculosis.
