Deoxyribonuclease in buffalo and cattle bull semen

The deoxyribonuclease content in the semen of buffalo bulls and of Nagauri [Nagori] and Sahiwal bulls averaged 2344.5 plus or minus 174.3, 1447.4 plus or minus 136.2 and 2785.7 plus or minus 161.7 K units/ml fresh semen. Significant differences were noted between bulls, but not between species.
