Antigens for the passive hemagglutination test were prepared by various procedures from peritoneal exudate of white mice infected with the RH strain of T. gondii. The antigen obtained by ultrasonic disintegration of Toxoplasma cells was highly specific. This procedure gave higher yields of antigen than other procedures applied.
