The authors report a case or gastric tuberculosis, particularly rare because or the type or the lesions, and which was diagnosed only after a histological examination. They discuss the elements of the clinical diagnosis and especially of the per-operative diagnosis or tins gastric lesion, very seldom found in France, although the increase of North African immigrants may increase its frequency. They also discuss the various therapeutic possibilities according to the lesions encountered, in relation to the results obtained by the medical treatment.
