Gastric tuberculosis is an unfrequent affection. We report here a case of gastric tuberculosis revealed by perforation. This disease occurs under the aspect of a gastric ulcer the endoscopy makes the diagnostic and the histology shows a tuberculosis granuloma. Other localisations can be researched the treatment is medical and surgery is indicated when complications occur.
