The AA. report the results observed in a group of 35 patients, aged from 30 to 75 years, suffering from peripheric labyrinth disorders, treated during 60 days with a Vincaminα-Piracetam cornpoud. Appraisal of the subjective follow-up of the disturbances and qualitative and quantitative control through several explorations done after 30 and 60 days of treatment are discussed.
