Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Bauhinia championii. Method: Compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of B. championii by silica gel column Chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses. Result: Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as 2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol 1-O-beta-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside (1), (+/-)-lyoniresinol (2), daucosterol (3), beta-sitosterol (4) and gallic acid (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1apprx4 were isolated from B. championii for the first time.
