The chemical constituents of Kadsura Longepedunculata collected from Zhejiang province were studied. Six compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated based on physical and spectral analysis. Among them, one is a new compound, which is named kadsulactone acid (1) and the others are kadsulactone (II), (+)-anwulignan (III), mesodihydroguaiaretic acid (IV), d-epidalbacin (V) and beta-sitosterol (VI).
