AIM To study the chemical constituents of the fruit of Eucalyptus globulus. Various column chromatographies with silica gel were employed for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were elucidated with of spectral analyses and chemical methods. Five compounds were isolated and elucidated as follows: betulonic acid (I), betulinic acid (II), ursolic acid (III), corosolic acid (IV), daucosterol (V). Compound I, II, III and IV were isolated from this plant for the first time.
