Microbiological study revealed high occurrence of dysbacteriosis with the decreased amount of Escherichia coli (80.9%) and the presence of E. coli hemolytic forms (76.6%). Rather often the elevated content of E. coli with decreased fermentative properties was noted (51.1%). In all cases E. coli with decreased biochemical activity had hemolytic activity, which was accompanied by the deficiency of bifidobacteria (79.2% of cases) and the combined deficiency of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria (75% of cases).
