A case of primary tuberculosis of stomach is presented which was mis-diagnosed as carcinoma stomach with pyloric stenosis. The diagnosis was corrected on histological examination of the lesion after resection. Partial gastrectomy with gastrojejunostomy was performed followed by specific antituberculous drugs with successful result.
