La localisation gastrique de la tuberculose digestive est extrêmement rare. Son diagnostic est souvent difficile car les modes de révélation en sont volontiers trompeurs. Une observation récente nous a permis de confirmer ces notions et nous a incités à revoir la littérature à ce sujet.
