The oral dyskinesias (OD), obtained on Wistar female rats by the administration of haloperidol (0,6 mg/kg, i.p.) and GABA-linoleamide (10 mg/kg, i.p.) [Hal 0,6 .+-. GL 10], were antagonized by the addition of glycine-steatamide (10 mg/kg, i.p.) [Hal 0,6 .+-. GL 10+ SG 10], or glutamic acid palmitamide (150 mg/kg, i.p.) [Hal 0,6 + GL 10 + PGt 150]. The addition of the SG at 150 mg/kg (i.p.) [Hal 0,6 + GL 10 + SG 150], or of the PGt at 10 mg/kg (i.p.) [Hal 0,6 + GL 10 + PGt 10], was without effect on these OD. These results could be the reflection of the impact of those two derivatives (SG, PGt), on the glycinergic or glutamatergic brain receptors of the rate.
