Presence of Cryptosporidium sp. (Apicomplexa: sporozoea) is reported by second time in Cuba in feces of a three month old girl. The diagnosis was performed by carbol-fushin and modified Zielh-Neelsen techniques. At the present time, the Cryptosporidium, a small intestinal protozoon, is considered as a important cause of diarrhea in some animal species, calves, sheeps, and in the man.
