The internal organs of miniature pigs infected with invasive larvae of Ascaris suum were examined macro- and microscopically. Signs of larval migration in the form of necrotic lesions were found in the investigated tissues. Autopsy and parasitological techniques did not reveal the presence of adult nematodes or their eggs in the faeces.
